Consultation

We would like to talk with you via video chat or in person so that we can get to know you better and get a better idea of who would match your family's needs best. We will also go into more detail with how the Family/Nanny process works and what to expect..

Step 3

Matching & Interviewing

We will send you the bios of suitable candidates who we truly believe will fit your family's needs. We

will then work with you to coordinate interviews with the candidates who you are most interested in. Whether you prefer the interviews to be inside your home or elsewhere, we will gladly help set up what you're most comfortable with.

Step 4

Hiring

We will provide clear guidance on the final stages of hiring your nanny, and we will give you resources to use, such as payroll service companies, nanny tax information, and the Nanny/Family agreement. We will also be a continual support after the placement process is complete.
